- ELABORACIÓN: selección de nuestras viñas de más de 10 años, vendimiadas manualmente en el momento óptimo de maduración y procedentes de Pedrosa de Duero. Maceración en tanques de acero inoxidable durante 8 -10 días, los depósitos se mantienen a una temperatura controlada, de 17 a 23 grados. Crianza de 3 meses en roble americano y 3 meses en botella.
- TEMPERATURA DE SERVICIO: entre 14º y 16ºC.
- NOTA DE CATA: en nariz destacan las notas florales, fruta del bosque madura con notas de vainilla y regaliz. En boca resulta redondos estructurados, persistente. En su conjunto, complejo y armonioso.
