- ELABORACIÓN: procede de una rigurosa selección de viñas en vaso de más de 50 años, situadas en Pedrosa de Duero a una altitud de 850m. y suelos muy pobres, ideales para el viñedo. Con una elaboración esmerada, realiza una fermentación durante 10 días a temperatura controlada entre 23 y 25º C y maceración durante 14 días más. Crianza de 18 meses en roble francés y húngaro y 18 meses en botella redondeándose.

- NOTA DE CATA: de color rojo rubí brillante y profundo. Aromas especiados de pimienta, canela, vainilla y frutos secos. En boca es carnoso, amplio y con elegancia y personalidad.
