- ELABORACIÓN: selección de nuestras viñas de más de 10 años, vendimiadas manualmente en el momento óptimo de maduración y procedentes de Pedrosa de Duero. Con una elaboración esmerada, realiza una fermentación durante 10 días a temperatura controlada de 28º C y maceración durante 14 días más. Posee una crianza en roble americano y francés de 12 meses. Posteriormente se redondea 3 meses en botella antes de salir al mercado.
- TEMPERATURA DE SERVICIO: 16ºC.
- NOTA DE CATA: color rojo granate con fondo rubí intenso y brillante, bien cubierto, conserva destellos de juventud. Equilibrado y potente en nariz, madera y fruta madura. De tanino expresivo, con notable estructura.
